Communication Channels

Every employee at Ei Consulting is provided a unique Microsoft account which provides the following services

  1. Email Access
  2. MS Teams Access
  3. MS Office Suite Access

Default Communication Method

The most widely used and default method for communicating at Ei Consulting is via Email. As we have a geographically separated staff with various working hours, the preferred method to communicate will be by sending an email.

As an alternative, for immediate responses, we use the MS Teams. Every employee at Ei Consulting is required to download and install the MS Team application on their mobile device for ease of access. This provides a suitable method to reach individuals for immediate response(s).
